Not a Studio.
A Living Tradition.

When your grandmother performed a puja at home, she did not set up studio lights.
She sat down, closed her eyes, and chanted.

A living tradition of Vedic learning

MVS Vedapadasala is a residential Veda Paat Shala based in Veerakeralam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Founded by Bh. Sri. Venkuttu Vadyar, the institution trains young students in the rigorous discipline of Veda Parayanam — the ancient oral tradition of Vedic recitation passed down through generations without interruption.

The paatshala currently houses approximately 20 residential students who undergo a demanding 7-year residential programme. At the conclusion of their training, students appear for the examination conducted by the Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham. Only those who pass this examination are qualified to serve as vadhyars.
